- How to order?
Our online store is open 24 hours a day, every day of the week. The ordering process is divided into several steps:
1 - Basket: check the contents of your order. At this stage you can modify the quantities.
2 - Customer information: enter your personal information and delivery address.
3 - Delivery: choose the delivery method you want based on the choices available to you.
4 - Payment: you are offered several payment methods, the choice is yours. You can check the contents of your order on the summary (optional item(s) and service(s), delivery method and costs).
5 - Order confirmation: to be sure that your order has been registered, you must reach this stage. You can now print your order confirmation. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation with your order reference and tracking number.
- How long is my basket reserved on kaldeo.com?
The Customer's basket is archived and kept for a later order for the duration of one week. But be careful, the products are not reserved, if you want to order them, you have to do it as soon as possible.
- Are the products under warranty?
The warranty varies depending on the product: you will find the duration under each product sheet.
- How can I get more information about a particular product?

- I would like to cancel or modify my order.
To make an order modification, we invite you to contact our customer service, as soon as possible, by phone or email. Indeed, no action can be taken after your order has been dispatched.
An advisor will take care of modifying your order and may also offer you a refund of the difference, if applicable. Otherwise, if the amount of the order is greater than the initial amount, you will be asked to pay the difference by credit card, bank transfer or check.
It is only possible to cancel or modify an order if it has not yet been shipped. Indeed, no action can be taken after your order has been dispatched.
- I am a new customer, why create a customer account?
By creating an account on our website, you become a privileged partner and benefit from exclusive advantages such as: the history and follow-up of your orders, the possibility of creating your own lists of desires, personalized newsletters, information concerning the life of the church, tips and advice to better flourish within the church.
- How do I create and manage my customer account?
The registration process is simple and only takes a few minutes.
When paying for your order: choose the "open a session" option, fill in all the mandatory information, then validate. An email will be sent to you to finalize your registration.
- What payment methods are accepted?
Kaldeo® website offers several choices of secure payment methods to facilitate your orders:
◊ Payment by Credit Card (any type)
◊ Payment via Paypal
◊ Payment by Bank transfer (BIC and IBAN available during the payment step, also on your quote)
◊ Payment by Bank checks (order dispatched after effective collection of the amount of the order). We strongly recommend that you send your bank checks by post (Chronopost, Colissimo, registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, etc.), as this secures your shipment and allows you to check receipt of your envelope.
- How do I pay for my order in installments?
Our website offers terms of payment in installments to facilitate your purchases.
Depending on the product and the quantity, here are our different payment methods: payment in 3 or 4 instalments by credit card on our website, payment by bank transfer or check.

- Is my payment on your site secure?
By ordering on Kaldeo®, you are guaranteed to make a 100% secure payment thanks to our 3D Secure system and the security protocols installed on our site.
- The item does not suit me. How can I return it?
You can return items purchased on kaldeo.com.
Note that you have a withdrawal period of 14 days, upon receipt of your items, to inform us of your decision to return them to us.

- I received my order but the item is defective or does not correspond to my order, what should I do?
If you receive a defective product or one that does not correspond to your order, do not hesitate to contact our customer service department by telephone or email.. After verification by us, a return slip will be sent to you to exchange the item concerned.
- How can I follow the delivery route of my package?
In mainland France and EuropeThe day your order is dispatched, you will be informed by email of its departure and you will receive the tracking number to fill in to follow the different stages of your delivery (information available on the website of the carrier of your package).
Following this email, for delivery in Metropolitan France, it will take approximately:
◊ 48h for parcels under 30kg delivered with UPS
◊ 6 to 8 working days for packages over 30 kg (chairs, large desks, etc.) in delivery with DB Schenker currently.
◊ Outside mainland France, delivery times vary depending on the place of delivery.
However, we would like to point out that these deadlines are approximate and that they may vary depending on any constraints encountered by the carriers.
In AfricaThe day your order is dispatched, you will be informed by email of its departure. To be informed of the progress of the delivery, you can contact our customer service or contact KPM Group, carrier for the cities of Kinshasa, Lubumbashi (D.R. Congo), Abidjan (Ivory Coast).
- Are the return costs my responsibility?
If you live in France, we send you a return slip and a carrier, UPS or GLS, picks up your package directly from your home. Outside France, the customer returns the parcel himself at his own expense: we cover the costs depending on the reason for the return.
- My country is not covered by the shipping area. Can I still order from you?
If your country is not offered as a delivery location when you order, please contact our customer service to find out about possible solutions:
